Welcome to itsyournovel.com, where the world gathers to create great novels. It's Your Novel allows writers gather to explore their craft through the exercise of community story writing. To begin, simply view our rules and choose a story genre. Once you've chosen a genre, you either can start a new story or contribute to a posted story already in progress. To continue an existing story, simply select the novel read the existing story. You can control the story by using the text box to decide what happens next. Type your portion of the story in the text box then use the submit button when you are finished.
It's Your Novel's editors randomly select three to five submitted entries per genre daily to screen for consideration to be the additions to the ongoing novels. Entries selected for inclusion will appear within a matter of days.
It's Your Novel's concept is simple...a community of writers and aspiring writers can collectively create the next great novel one person at a time. Each novel will develop differently. Some will end up short stories that may come quickly while longer novels may take a year to coalesce. Part of the fun is to watch how a story develops and changes over time.
